Order Processing

At vivahaul Store, each order receives our immediate attention. We prepare and process orders within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

International Shipping

vivahaul Store is pleased to ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. International orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

We are committed to complete transparency. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team for help.

Address Changes

If you need to correct or update your shipping address, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes requested after that window, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be modified once the order has entered processing.
